The Liv Tempt E+ is a versatile electric mountain bike designed to help riders explore further with confidence and control. Built on a lightweight ALUXX aluminum frame, it pairs a powerful SyncDrive motor with a long-lasting EnergyPak battery to deliver smooth, natural pedal assist on climbs, trails, and everyday rides.

With its stable geometry, front suspension, and wide tires, the Tempt E+ offers comfort and traction across mixed terrain—from gravel paths to singletrack. Easy-to-use controls and an integrated battery system keep the ride intuitive, making it a great choice for both new and experienced riders.

Battery & Range
The EnergyPak Smart 430 battery with SyncDrive Sport 2 motor provides reliable power for a wide range of rides. Estimated range per charge:

Extreme conditions: ~35 miles
Good conditions: ~54 miles
Ideal conditions: ~71 miles

Range can vary based on rider and cargo weight, wind, terrain, elevation, tire pressure, surface conditions, temperature, and overall bike maintenance.

Shipping times depend on your location and carrier. Weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may also affect delivery.

Your items are typically ready within 2–3 hours of purchase. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Please pick up your order within 14 days. If your order isn't collected by the "Pick Up By" date, it may be canceled. Need more time? Just give us a call and we'll be happy to extend your pickup window. Any holds on your credit card will be released and payments refunded for canceled orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We're confident you'll love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return policy works:

Within 14 Days

Full refund or exchange. Shipping, handling, and service fees (mounting, waxing, etc.) are non-refundable.

15–30 Days

Store credit for the purchase amount, minus shipping, handling, and service fees.

After 30 Days

Handled at management's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Sale Items: All SALE items are FINAL SALE or eligible for exchange only. No refunds on sale items.

Restocking Fee: Returns of skis, ski packages, bikes, boats, and other hard goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover services provided at the time of purchase (mounting, scraping, waxing, prepping, etc.).

How to Return an Item

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and unworn with original tags attached (if applicable).
