How long does shipping take?
Shipping Information
Shipping times vary depending on your location and our carrier partners. Weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may also affect delivery.
Shipping Options:
- FREE in-store pickup
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (estimated)
- Bikes and boats available for in-store pick up only
Holiday Shipping
Please note that packages do not ship from our store on the following holidays:
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
When will my FREE in-store pickup be ready?
For in-store pickup, your items are typically ready within 2–3 hours of purchase. You’ll receive email notifications as soon as your order is ready.
If your order isn’t picked up by the “Pick Up By” date (usually 14 days after your items are ready), it may be canceled. If you need a little extra time, just give us a call—we’re happy to extend your pickup window. Any holds on your credit card will be released, and payments will be refunded.
