Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD. We do our best to keep listings accurate; if a price or stock error slips through, we'll contact you before charging anything beyond the corrected amount, and you may cancel at no cost.
Rentals
Rental reservations require a valid ID and card on file. Gear must come back by the agreed time in the condition it left; damage beyond normal wear is billed at repair cost. River conditions can close trips — full refunds when we cancel.
Assumption of risk
Paddling, biking, and backcountry travel carry inherent risk. Gear from us is not a substitute for skill, preparation, or judgment. Rental use requires a signed liability waiver at pickup.
Warranties
Products carry their manufacturers' warranties; we facilitate claims at the shop. Except as required by law, we make no additional warranties.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes are handled in Crawford County courts.
