Swix Q5 is an undisputed XC pole for the skiers enjoying winter wonderland and occassionally wants to measure their performance. Light carbon composite shaft enables junior skiers to use this pole also in the competitions and for the senior ones secures freedom of skiing. Swix TCS connection system makes the pole easy to handle in all speeds. The TCS handle is ergonomical and designed to give you great pole feel. Rubber surface is durable in all conditions. Performance Comfort strap delivers what the name describes and together with quick release possibility you can detach strap from the handle quickly for short snack stops or just for taking a selfie. Swix TBS system allows you to optimize the performance for all conditions by changing the basket within seconds without any tools. Equipped with TBS Large Leaf basket for normal and soft conditions.

Please pick up your order within 14 days. If your order isn't collected by the "Pick Up By" date, it may be canceled. Need more time? Just give us a call and we'll be happy to extend your pickup window. Any holds on your credit card will be released and payments refunded for canceled orders.

Within 14 Days
Full refund or exchange. Shipping, handling, and service fees (mounting, waxing, etc.) are non-refundable.
15–30 Days
Store credit for the purchase amount, minus shipping, handling, and service fees.
After 30 Days
Handled at management's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Sale Items: All SALE items are FINAL SALE or eligible for exchange only. No refunds on sale items.
Restocking Fee: Returns of skis, ski packages, bikes, boats, and other hard goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover services provided at the time of purchase (mounting, scraping, waxing, prepping, etc.).
How to Return an Item
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and unworn with original tags attached (if applicable).
