Please pick up your order within 14 days. If your order isn't collected by the "Pick Up By" date, it may be canceled. Need more time? Just give us a call and we'll be happy to extend your pickup window. Any holds on your credit card will be released and payments refunded for canceled orders.

Within 14 Days
Full refund or exchange. Shipping, handling, and service fees (mounting, waxing, etc.) are non-refundable.
15–30 Days
Store credit for the purchase amount, minus shipping, handling, and service fees.
After 30 Days
Handled at management's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Sale Items: All SALE items are FINAL SALE or eligible for exchange only. No refunds on sale items.
Restocking Fee: Returns of skis, ski packages, bikes, boats, and other hard goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover services provided at the time of purchase (mounting, scraping, waxing, prepping, etc.).
How to Return an Item
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and unworn with original tags attached (if applicable).
