Return & Exchange Policy
At Northbound Outfitters, we stand behind the quality of our products and our ability to get you into the right gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
- Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Returns made after 14 days and up to 30 days are eligible for store credit only
- After 30 days, returns or exchanges are subject to management discretion
Item Condtion Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
All clearance, discounted, and final sale items are FINAL SALE
These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit
This includes items marked as:
- Clearance
- Closeout
- Final Sale
- Seasonal markdowns
Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing these items.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to hard goods, including:
- Bikes
- Skis / ski packages
- Boats
This also applies to items that required assembly or service at time of purchase (mounting, waxing, prep, etc.)
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
