Leading the way as the most eco-friendly company out there, they set an example of what an outdoor and active lifestyle should look like. Northbound carries Patagonia technical pieces and lifestyle pieces. Whatever you choose here, it's going to be a winner!Columbia sportswear applies cutting edge technology and innovation to a broad line of apparel. Jackets, pants, fleece, boots, shoes, etc., are all tested tough so you can enjoy the outdoors longer.
Kuhl
Kuhl is dang near the best selling brand at Northbound Outfitters. Coming very close to Patagonia, we seriously may sell more of this than anything else. Their company is still independently owned and operated out of Salt Lake City, Utah, which is a big thing to say in this industry and world. They are adventure driven and have created pieces that are built for rugged, outdoor wear. This brand is a men's favorite for sure.. but it is starting to make a name for itself in the woman's world too. There isn't a "bad" product made by Kuhl.

Oooooooh VUORI. People go crazy over this stuff. Literally some of the softest clothing we've ever touched! This company was started by a few men that worked for Lululemon & wanted to start their own brand. They took their knowledge and built an activewear line that is to die for!
The North Face
Chances are if you've done any outdoor activities, you've probably owned or at least seen The North Face at some point! Between them and Patagonia... it is a giant in the industry- everyone has SOMETHING in this brand. Whether you are out boppin' along on the streets or lining up for a race, if you are wearing The Northface, then there is a chance that you are pretty darn cool. Ha! Northbound has a huge selection of the Northface apparel- hiking pants, fleeces, zip ups, tech tees, coats in the winter... you name it. And a great selection of their accessories as well!
prAna
A eco-friendly company that originated by specializing in yoga and climbing gear. Holy cow, Northbound loves this stuff. Unique and comfy, practical but fun! Many of prAna's pieces are also made in the USA. Love, love, love prAna.
Toad & Co
Becoming more and more in love with the Toad, Northbound carries a wide selection of Toad & Co apparel and accessories. Super environmentally and socially conscience company, you can't help but learn from their vision. They are all about being positive and upbeat, yet shining a little light on something larger than just making stylish, yet comfortable clothing. If you want something funky and fun- this is your company! They have some of the best prints and colors in the game.
Tentree
Tentree believes that big change starts small. For every purchase of their products, 10 trees are planted! Their clothes are also made out of eco-friendly, sustainable material- for example, recycled plastic water bottles... and it's SUPER cute too!!
Smartwool
You might hear Smartwool and think of socks. Which is great- because they have some of the best dang wool socks in the industry. However, what you may not have known- is that they have some of the best dang wool clothing in the industry as well! From lightweight merino wool shirts for summer training, running, paddling, etc- to the coziest merino wool baselayer- its a must have in the outdoor recreation closet. Merino wool is the best choice for being active due to its ability to wick sweat, repel odor, and provide warmth or cool when neccessary. You need it even if you didn't realize it!
Freefly
Freefly is a newer brand to us and it is blowing up like crazy! Freefly is a North Carolina based company that specializes in buttery soft bamboo clothing. This stuff is sooooo soft and comfy- great for being on the boat, lounging in the sun, fly fishing, hiking, and much much more. Bamboo acts like merino wool- it is wicking, anti stink, warming/coolimg when you need it- all the works!
Carve Designs
A brand by women, for women! And that it is! Carve Designs offers super cute styles in women's apparel and accessories. They also have some of the best dang women's swim suits and rashguards on the market!
Cotopaxi
I mean the logo is a llama. People love it! It's bright! It's colorful! It's almost like you're transported back to the 80's! It's a crowd favorite.
