Spirit II

Spirit IIClick Image for Larger View

Like a Swiss Army Knife, the Spirit II does everything. As efficient as a long-hulled canoe and as maneuverable as a short one, the Spirit II strikes a balance between all good things. Roomy enough for Boundary Waters style trips, it's even more stable when loaded. No wonder Canoe & Kayak Magazine said, "if you could have only one canoe to serve all your needs for the rest of your life, the Spirit II would be one of the very few candidates." Maybe that's why Wenonah sells more Spirit II's than any other model.

Kingfisher

If your sporting plans call for a lot of gear, tackle, decoys, and a dog, the Kingfisher is your canoe. It's a great boat for catching sharks and snook in the no motor zones of the everglades or just taking the kids fishing for blue gills at the lake. This recreational hull extremely stable and very comfortable for larger paddlers. You can easily get in and out with your waders on and there's no need to worry about stability when shooting out of this canoe. It's two feet longer than the Fisherman and has more capacity, but at 16 feet it's still easy to maneuver.

Since we introduced the J-203 it has dominated solo marathon racing throughout the United States and Canada. Everett Crozier's redesign of Gene Jensen's highly successful J-200 design, the J-203 features a redesigned, "tucked in" center section. Giving paddlers easier access to the water for a faster, more powerful stroke and more efficient paddling over the course of a long race. The J-203 is responsive and lively. The boat moves effortlessly through wakes and trash water, allowing paddlers to precisely position the canoe for optimum wake riding in packs or on tight courses. With the J-203's fast acceleration and effortless speed, and drafting ability, it is no wonder that this hull has dominated the men's category in canoe races since its introduction in 2000.

V-1 Pro

V-1 ProClick Image for Larger View

In the world of professional canoe racing Gene Jensen's V1-Pro has dominated the pro-canoe race circuit throughout North America since its introduction. While there are a few other pro models on the market, North America's leading pro paddlers use the V1-Pro for its speed and ability to maintain and keep a "pop" in shallow water. Pro boats are usually fully or partially decked with fabric covers to keep water out of the hull. And we often build V1s with special options such as bow bailers for the demanding conditions of pro racing. Pro boats are not for everyone. They sacrifice initial stability for performance and speed. But, if you want to be competitive in the world of pro boat racing, you'll be paddling a V1-Pro.

Prism

The Prism is our most popular composite solo canoe. Incredibly versatile, it'll take you comfortably over all kinds of waters. It's ideal for cruising with a light load, but also has the volume needed for medium-length trips. Canoe & Kayak Magazine said it well when they wrote, " The Prism is all about glide and speed. It's a lean boat that tracks the best of those reviewed, yet will turn quickly enough, and returns to a stable position more readily than other fast canoes."
